Method:
Fry sieved rice flour in a pan till light brown and spread the flour one paper to cool. Then break chunks and transfer to a wide mouthed bowl. Sprinkle water to the flour and mix well.
Grate half a coconut and keep aside
Place tight perforated disk in the puttu maker. Add two tablespoons of grated coconut in the puttu maker. Then add a handful of wet rice mix. Repeat the filling twice or thrice. Place the lid.
