MTR Rava Idli premix makes the Rava Idli making a matter of minutes and brings the taste of authentic south Indian food, just add plain yogurt or water, leave it for 5 minutes and bake in Idli cooker. For exotic Rava Idli, season with mustard seeds and fresh curry leaves crackled in hot ghee or oil.
